FLM Harvest & The North Hill Group Collaborate on Services for Ag and Food Industries
FLM Harvest (FLMH), a strategic consulting, marketing and communications agency, and The North Hill Group, a boutique consulting firm specializing in market access, government and regulatory affairs, announced they have entered into a partnership to offer their combined services to clients in the agriculture and food sectors.
Jeffrey Nawn, founder and CEO of The North Hill Group, serves on FLMH’s Board of Advisors, giving him a unique view of the agency’s work in agriculture and food.
“Today’s regulatory and policymaking environment is vastly different than in the past,” Nawn observed. “To advocate effectively, organizations must have a sophisticated and broad-based media strategy. FLMH brings proven skill in traditional and social media to optimize impact for our shared clients.”
“The global economy many of our clients work in calls for a unique skill set to navigate the uncertain waters of public policy and regulatory affairs,” explained Laurie Fleck, FLMH president and CEO. “We are partnering with Jeff and The North Hill Group so that, together, we can help our clients engage governments, navigate global regulations and access markets around the world.”
Prior to founding The North Hill Group, Nawn spent six years with DuPont Pioneer where he helped develop the company’s domestic and international biotechnology stewardship practices, international trade policy agenda and biotech regulatory advocacy strategies. He brings more than two decades of experience in international trade policy including 10 years with the USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service where he was agricultural attaché at the U.S. Embassies in Mexico and Japan.
