He brings nearly 20 years of advertising and business development experience to the team with special skills in strategic marketing, issues management and training. He understands the rural lifestyle because he lives it. Growing up on a farm in rural Ohio taught him the value of digging in, working hard and giving back. He enjoys talking with clients who aren’t afraid to step out of their comfort zones and into a new frontier.
Outside of the office, Phil serves on the board of a rural lifestyle brand company and stays connected to the land by raising cattle.
