FLM Harvest Awards Two Organizations With $75,000 in Pro Bono Services
FLM Harvest has awarded its Seed to Succeed partnership to Project EverGreen and Grow North Minnesota. The recipients will receive a total of up to $75,000 in pro bono services from the agency.
Project EverGreen is a national nonprofit whose mission is bringing people together to create a greener, healthier and cooler Earth. The group works to revitalize parks and public green spaces in urban areas, and provide free lawn and landscape services to military families with a deployed service member.
Grow North is an initiative of the Carlson School of Management to accelerate and support Minnesota’s growing entrepreneur and innovation ecosystem in food and agriculture. Through its education and connectivity programming and events, Grow North works to create an interconnected, sophisticated, invested and equitable ecosystem to scale ideas, drive positive food system change and make Minnesota a globally known leader in food and agriculture entrepreneurship and innovation.
“Both these organizations are doing phenomenal work to support their communities,” said Laurie Fleck, president and CEO of FLM Harvest. “Our entire agency team was involved in selecting the 2019 recipients, and we believe they are a great fit. We are so pleased to recognize these groups that are making outstanding contributions and that we hope will make an even greater impact with our support. We are excited to get to work and help Project EverGreen and Grow North tell their stories.”
FLM Harvest will provide an appropriate mix of its broad range of marketing and communications services to both Project EverGreen and Grow North. Services may include management consulting, strategic planning, creative services, digital and social strategy, media planning, and public relations. The programs are slated to be completed by the end of 2019.
