FLM Harvest Expands Senior Leadership Structure
In response to continued growth and diversification of business, FLM Harvest has expanded its senior leadership structure. Overall agency operations, work product and strategic direction are now managed by two leadership teams:
Executive Leadership Team
President and CEO Laurie Fleck has named a new Executive Leadership Team (ELT), charged with overseeing the success and future direction of the company. That team consists of:
- Deron Johnson, EVP, Chief Brand Officer
- Mitch Van Kampen, EVP, Chief Strategy Officer
- Steve Zabka, EVP, Chief Operating Officer
- Jim Zumwalt, EVP, Chief Account Management Officer
“As an agency, we are focused on food and agriculture. Each member of the Executive Leadership Team brings a unique perspective to these sectors and is 100 percent dedicated to supporting the entire agency team,” Fleck said. “These FLM Harvest veteran leaders will play a critical role in guiding the agency as we move forward.”
Steering Team
Fleck has also named a broader team of agency leaders to the FLMH Steering Team, charged with managing account and functional teams, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality work for clients and agency business development and marketing. The Steering Team consists of the ELT plus:
- Eric Davis – SVP, Food Domain
- Matt Lunneborg – SVP, Creative Lead
- Heidi Nelson – EVP, Public Relations
- Leah Olson – Human Resources Manager
- Cody Ramey – VP, Management Supervisor
- Alison Rauchwarter – VP, Management Supervisor
- Lisa Smith – SVP, Account Services
- Amy Wood – SVP, Management Supervisor
“As we looked at the agency and how best to serve clients, it became clear that a two-tier leadership structure made the most sense for us,” Fleck said. “While the ELT oversees our strategic direction and how to best position the agency to serve clients, the Steering Team is hyper focused on the people and work that deliver value to clients every day.”
