Claire Dailey Named Vice President of Public Relations
Claire Dailey has joined FLM Harvest as vice president of public relations, leading the agency’s growing team of PR professionals while also serving as the senior PR strategist for clients. She will draw on her deep agribusiness subject matter expertise to support clients across the agriculture, food and rural lifestyle markets.
Dailey brings more than 15 years of strategic communications and public relations acumen to the agency, and has built a strong record in issues and crisis communications, managing senior client relationships, driving strategy and working collaboratively to set annual communications objectives.
Dailey’s past clients include BASF, The Mosaic Co., Cargill, Minnesota Pork Board, Minnesota Soybean Research and Promotion Council, Case IH and Dow AgroSciences, among others. She most recently served as PR Account Director at Periscope, and previously held PR leadership roles with Broadhead and Bader Rutter.
“Claire checks all the boxes we identified for a candidate to fill this critical leadership role,” said Laurie Fleck, president and CEO of FLM Harvest. “She not only has a deep grounding in PR, but she’s spent her career serving clients in our sweet spot of agriculture and food marketing and has a style that makes her a natural leader for our team as well as clients. We are also particularly excited about Claire’s issues and crisis management experience and know she’ll help us grow this important competency.”
“I am excited to join FLM Harvest because the team fully embraces the ever-changing landscape of marketing and communications, from influencer marketing, social media and digital activations to traditional, foundational public relations strategies and tactics,” Dailey said. “Even better, the agency is all in on food and agriculture so it’s great to pour all that focus into one of our nation’s most essential industries.”
